 The Parker Iqan Programmable Logic Control (PLC) offers complete control and a high degree of automation. Remote diagnostics, programme upgrades, management reporting and traceability of the waste stream are all available via the CRT Angel’s wireless modem - assisting us in supporting you, cost effectively.
CRT Heaven uses precision measuring devices, designed without moving parts and for use in the harshest of environments, to integrate with the PLC equipment. The high specification of such components is necessary to achieve high throughput and cut quality. There are numerous air systems within the CRT Angel and CRT Glass Devil and we use the finest pneumatic components, in conjunction with the PLC, to control the sequencing of these processes.
A period of research and development in conjunction with Saint Gobain Abrasives, world leaders in the supply of abrasive technologies, resulted in a bespoke blade that facilitates high cut-speeds and low wear-rates. Continued blade development improves performance and consolidates our position as the suppliers of the premier CRT cutting machine.
