Phosphor Removal
 The WEEE Directive demands that CRTs be split and phosphor coatings removed. These coatings must then be recovered as a separate waste stream or part thereof.
The screen, or panel glass, is accepted into the phosphor removal module. This module is equipped with a hand held vacuum hose for the removal of the phosphor coatings and a powerful extraction and filtration system for the prevention of damage to human health or the environment.
The filtration system deposits the phosphors into a sealed container for appropriate disposal.
