Glass Cleaning
The Glass Devil can accept either funnel or panel glass from the CRT Angel and will:
- Culletise the glass, and
- Clean off the glass coatings.
This fully automated system will turn out a product that meets the specifications of the end users and purchasers of the glass.
A manual system for panel glass cleaning is also available from CRT Heaven. This dry process takes place within an enclosed chamber and with sufficient air extraction and dust collection to ensure that there is no risk of harm to human health or the environment.
CRT Heaven Ltd has fully investigated the disposal routes for glass and will supply its customers with the details of outlets for funnel and panel glass to maximise profits and surpass all recycling targets through true closed loop recycling.
