The Cutting Process

The CRT cutting process

• Position and secure the CRT on a vacuum pad.
• Set the height of the CRT using RAISE or LOWER functions on the control panel.
• Press Start.

The automated process cuts the entire circumference of the tube ensuring the complete separation of leaded funnel and unleaded panel glass.

• Push the cut CRT from the machine
• Repeat
