Dismantling Stations
We recognise the need for fast throughput times. A good in-feed and out-feed recycling system is essential. Our dismantling stations are designed to facilitate the fast, efficient and safe dismantling of CRT-containing products, the largest of which far exceed the HSE guidance regarding manual lifting. Machine mounted, air-driven tooling and air extraction is optional.
Conveyors
CRT Heaven can supply and install, at competitive cost, bespoke conveyors systems tailored to the layout of your facility with a specification designed around the nature of the waste stream. The specification of this transport system is essential to guarantee the efficient in-feed and out-feed of materials. A site survey to determine the customer’s exact requirements will result in a safe and efficient system that will help the customer capitalise on the high throughput of the CRT Angel recycling system.
Glass collection hoppers and bagging systems
Our knowledge of the life cycle of the glass materials, from waste stream to the smelt as feed-stock, has led to CRT Heavens supply of Glass Collection Hoppers and Bagging Systems. Designed to reduce the glass to a cullet, the collection hoppers deposit the glass into bags of optimum size for transportation and use.
